Job: QA Manager, Bangladesh
Join our Bangladesh team as QA Manager and take the lead in ensuring high quality standards across our garment production. We are looking for a hands-on quality professional with strong technical expertise and industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong practical experience in Knit, Woven, and Sweater products.
- Should have developed their career from the root/operational level, with strong hands-on knowledge of garment production and quality processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, measurements, fitting, fabrics/yarns, washing, finishing, and production-related quality issues.
- Experience handling the technical and quality requirements of different international buyers.
- Strong ability to identify quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Good knowledge of inline, pre-final, and final inspections.
- Capable of leading and developing the QA/QC team and coordinating effectively with factories, merchandising teams, and management
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and factory follow-up skills.
- Able to handle multiple factories and ensure consistent compliance with buyer quality requirements.
Salary
Negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, technical knowledge, and overall competency.
